Alexia Gaube is the Main UN Representative for Life Project 4 Youth (LP4Y), an international movement of local organizations that develops innovative solutions for the professional and social inclusion of excluded Youth living in extreme poverty. After achieving a Management Degree, she worked as a Strategy Consultant in the water industry and supported different initiatives related to sustainable women empowerment and local community support. She joined LP4Y in 2021, working from the slums in India and the Philippines. Alongside corporates in Asia, she implemented Youth professional inclusion initiatives. She managed a training centre that empowered young people and raised awareness in their community. Empowered by grassroots campaigns, she advocates for the socioeconomic inclusion of underrepresented Young people at different international events and recently hosted a knowledge-sharing forum in New York.
